Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

Vinta Sport have a 30 day returns policy. This means the customer will have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition as you received it. 

To start a return, contact contact us through our website on the 'Contact us' page and quote your order number.

Please note that the return address is 16 Wayside Avenue, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 8NL

If you return is validated, we will send a return shipping label along with instructions of how to send it back

Refund Or Exchange 

Exchange - Once we are in receipt of the item and have inspected, we will issue an exchange item to the same value.

Refund - We will inspect the item upon receiving and, if approved, the the refund will be issued within 10 working days of the item been retuned.
